President’s Message
As we begin a new year we wish to than you all for the wonderful community and the many acts of kindness and service that happen each and every day. We belive this is truly a great community and a wonderful place to live.
While we are far from perfect, and we have many things that must be done to improve our community we belive we have made progress over the past years. We recognize, however, that we must improve in many areas and vow to do everything possible to improve the association in 2009.
In an effort to improve our association and its management we solicited bids from various management companies. Quality Manaement Services, our management company for the last three years, chose not to submit a bid. We recieved three bids from very qualified management companies, recommended by our attorney, and other industry proffesionals. After much deliberation and long consideration of many factors, we have chosen to contract management services with a company that will be known as The Ranches Community Management. We, the Board of Trustees, belive they are the best suited, most qualified, and offer the best management strategy for our association. We are very excited to see the improvements and changes that will happen in the coming year.
Starting January 1, 2009 management will change; and unfortunately we will need to change the association telephone number to 789-7900. We hope this telephone number change will not create any inconvienience, as location and website will remain the same. Please join with the Board in welcoming this new management company and lend them your support durring the initial transition period. Then allow them to win your support as they put into effect the management strategies that they have proposed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Board of Trustees, or Management Company.
