HOA Dues

The Ranches Master HOA has a yearly assessment of $372. This is a yearly assessment but homeowners can opt to pay that assessment monthly.

Your HOA assessment goes to fund the operation of the HOA, maintain the landscaping, and to new improvement projects like the Bike Park. For detailed information on where your assessment goes please review our current budget.

To pay HOA dues online via credit card or e-check you will need the following information:

• Mgmt Co. ID: 7511
• Assoc. ID: RM01
• Assoc. Name: The Ranches
• Management Company: The Ranches
• Assoc. Account #: Subdivision/lot number or building/unit number (Please contact the office if you do not know your subdivision/lot number or building/unit number. Payments must have this information to be processed properly. Addresses will not be accepted as your account number!

Homeowners can opt to:

• Pay in person at the HOA offices
• Mail in a check
• Pay HOA fees with a Credit Card
• Pay HOA fees with an E-Check
• Set up automatic bill pay for your HOA dues

If you opt to pay with a credit card please be advised that the Bank will charge an additional fee per transaction. There is no fee for paying via e-check or through automatic payments.
