HOA AssessmentsThe Ranches Master HOA has a yearly assessment of $372. This is a yearly assessment, but homeowners can opt to pay that assessment monthly ($31 per month). *Please note that subdivisions with a sub HOA have a different amount owed, based on the services of their sub HOA. The monthly dues of the following subdivisions are: Highlands, Highlands on the Green, Northmoor/Southmoor : $258 ($21.50 per month) Cold Springs, Heatherwood on the Green, Plum Creek, Mt. Airey Village, Rock Creek, Willow Springs : $204 ($17 per month).
Your HOA assessment goes to fund the operation of the HOA, maintain the landscaping, and to new improvement projects. You can also make payments in person at the HOA office, or mail in a check (be sure to include your name, subdivision and lot # on the check). |
